Having graduated in Literature, specialising in Communication and Entertainment, from the Catholic University of Milan, with an academic year spent at the Technische Universitaet Dresden in Germany, she decided to further specialise with a Master 's in Media, Communication and Entertainment at the Alta Scuola. She went on to work with television channels, national newspapers and magazines as an author and journalist, and Communication agencies as a Copywriter, screenwriter and Project Manager in Business Development.
A former tennis player, she practises hatha yoga and meditation. She loves the scent of freshly cut grass while reading a good book, and afternoons of creativity and games with her children, Jacopo and Viola. She hates chauvinism, mental rigidity, and people who are late.

An amateur tennis player, jogging in the park helps him to think more clearly. He loves reading sociological essays, listening to the Dave Matthews Band live recordings and making his beloved children laugh. He hates self-pity and negativity.


Silvia Vivaldi

Passionate about Marketing, she has experience in both industry and retail, gained in leading multinational companies such as L’Oréal, Bacardi-Martini, Sephora, and Motivi.

She understands marketing on a holistic level, thanks to a professional career that has taken her through Marketing Strategies, Brand Management and Trade Marketing, as well as her recent specialisation in Digital Marketing and Communication, to foster strategies that integrate the online and offline spheres effectively.

Her strengths include results orientation, problem solving and strong empathy in teamwork situations. Curious and energetic, she has a strategic vision, and is always looking for unconventional approaches to face our ever-evolving reality.

Enrico Massone

Specialising in web design, with a Master’s degree from the Scuola Politecnica di Design, he began his professional life designing sites for large businesses including CheBanca!, Sna Rete Gas, Banca Popolare di Milano and Baci Perugina at the Milan company Bitmama, a giant of the Italian digital industry.

He then went on to become the Art director at the Brightly agency,
handling convergent communications projects, particularly targeted at digital platforms, for customers such as Lavazza, Ceres, Mini, Misura and Kiss&Kill.

From here he began his career as a freelance, managing the creative side of national and international projects from Genoa to Bristol, through to Brazil, where he divides both his work and his love life. A true lover of travel, he never misses the opportunity to hop on a plane, finding inspiration at every turn.

Andrea Bertolotti

CFO with a strong background in business and sales, he developed a strong expertise both in the consulting and in the retail sector,
while working with Kelemata, Michael Page,
Diesel, Privalia e Coloplast.

Business at 360°, thanks to an extensive experience in different financial landscapes, from SMB to multinational companies, private equity and sales channels management, with additional experience in entrepreneurship and startups.

In his free time he plays tennis, practices yoga and drives from Milano to Torino to spend time with his two kids.

Michele Zonca

Dad to Giacomo and married to Roberta. Computer Science graduate from the University of Milano-Bicocca. Founder of Mashape, a successful start up financed in Silicon Valley. CTO of TOK.tv, the largest football-based social network, with 18 million unique users. He specialises in site development (backend), and is an expert in usability, social engagement and technology. He also works with the Internet of Things through his new startup, Quisque.
